Things To Know

Children:

Childcare will not be provided during the conference weekend.  We are asking all parents who plan to bring a child that is under 12 years old to the conference, must be registered as an attendee.   

*Preferred Seating Registrants with children attending must purchase a Preferred Seating ticket for each child if they will need their own seat.  If a Preferred Seating Registrant arrives with a child that is not registered as Preferred Seating and needs a seat, they will be asked to sit in regular seating with their child.*

Venue Size:

As the conference grows it is our goal to ensure all attendees have a good experience during their weekend at Up and Out.  Since our venue has limited seating/parking, please arrive early.   All registered guests are guaranteed a seat for all services. *Evening services are free to the public but seating is not guaranteed.

Groups:

If you’re wanting to register a group of 5 or more for the conference, we would love to have your group. Email us directly for more information: info@twfcdallas.org

Food and Beverages:

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the event venue. However, you are welcome to bring water inside.  Medications and baby bottles are permitted, of course.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. You can transfer them to any other individual if you’re not able to attend. Notify us at info@twfdallas.org by March 15, 2020 for the transfer change.

Parking and Nearby Hotels:

Parking will be available at The Way Fellowship Church of Dallas for both days but is limited.  Parking attendants will be onsite to direct and assist with parking throughout the conference. We are encouraging the use of Uber and Lyft.  Conference Hotels are listed here
